Our journey begins with a shared space for setting intentions inspired by this month’s theme.
​
Melissa will then lead us off with an opening meditation, kundalini yoga kriya, breathwork, and mantra practices.
After our cells are exploding with energy, we will be primed and ready for expansion in a totally
substance-free experience.
Laura will energetically guide the lay-down experience, which will consist of a curated playlist of deep delta to high beta brainwave stimulating music accompanied by live gong, drum and vocal sounds.

There will be time for discussion at the end. We will close with a brief meditation to ground our energy and integrate our experiences.​​
Melissa is a kundalini yoga and meditation teacher, intuitive energy work practitioner and coach.
Laura is a medical intuitive studied in the arts of bodywork, traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture.
