Honoring the Fall Equinox

An invitation to release, return within, and trust the season ahead.

The Fall Equinox is a threshold, a moment of balance between light and dark, before we begin our descent into the quieter seasons.

Nature reminds us that there is a time to bloom and a time to release. A time to reach outward and a time to return inward. The trees do not question what they are being asked to let go of. They simply release what has completed its season.

This is an invitation to do the same.

To celebrate what has grown. To gather what we want to carry forward. To grieve what is ending. And to loosen our grip on what no longer belongs in the season we are entering.

The darkness is not something to fear. It is where we rest, integrate, listen, and make space for what has not yet taken form.

The Equinox reminds us that wholeness honors all of it. The light and dark, becoming and unbecoming, creation and letting go.

We don’t have to rush toward what comes next.

We can simply meet the threshold.

I release what has completed its season.

I trust the space that remains.

I return to myself.

Inhale: I receive.

Exhale: I release.

As we move into a season of release and reflection, an intuitive reading can offer space to listen more deeply within.

Not to predict or rush what comes next, but to create greater clarity around where you are now and what your own inner knowing may already be showing you.

In honor of the Fall Equinox, I’m currently offering $25 off intuitive readings for all sessions booked by month-end.

If you’ve been feeling the pull for deeper clarity, reflection, or connection with yourself, this is beautiful time to receive.

With love from the threshold,

Melissa
